Josie Bray
I am a 50+ year old Italian born, Australian raised woman.
Wife, Mother to two teenage boys, Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer. Fitness Addicts is my business.I have a similar story to most women. I have studied, I have travelled. I worked and I have been a stay at home mum. I have also had my fair share of issues with food, body image and exercise. I have food allergy issues and I have used food as a substitute for my emotions strugling with bulimia and other weight issues since my teens. I now enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle training to be strong and feel great. I prepare healthy and nutritious food for my family and this gives me enormous pleasure. I believe the healthier and fitter I am the more my family benefit and the better I become as a person. My goal is to inspire others to take action to live their best lives making positive changes through knowledge & understanding of physical exercise and nutrition.
