Josie Bray
I’m an Italian-born, Australian-raised woman in my 50s a wife, mother of two boys, and a passionate fitness professional and personal trainer behind Fitness Addicts.
Like many women, I’ve experienced life’s ups and downs: studying, travelling, working, and raising a family. I’ve faced my own challenges with food, body image, and exercise, battling bulimia and food allergies since my teens.
Today, I live a healthy lifestyle focused on strength, feeling good, and nourishing my family with nutritious meals. My goal is to inspire others to live their best lives through positive changes in exercise and nutrition.
